Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Change Adoption Specialist with a focus on the successful implementation and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) productivity tools and solutions across our organization. This role is critical in bridging the gap between technological innovation and user readiness, ensuring that our employees effectively embrace and utilize new AI capabilities to enhance productivity and drive efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of user adoption, excellent communication skills, and a proven record in facilitating the adoption of technologies, particularly those involving AI. You'll will work within our Global Tech User Enablement team to execute comprehensive adoption strategies.
- Change Strategy & Planning: Support in the development and execution of comprehensive change enablement plans tailored for AI tool implementations, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication strategies, training programs, and resistance management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with AI product managers, technical teams, business unit leads, and end-users to understand their needs, concerns, and potential barriers to AI adoption. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
- Communication & Awareness: Support the design and delivery of engaging communication campaigns to build awareness, understanding, and enthusiasm for new AI tools. This includes creating compelling messages, presentations, internal articles, FAQs and more.
- Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver effective training programs (e.g., workshops, webinars, self-service guides, video tutorials) that empower users to confidently and competently utilize AI tools. Tailor training content to different user personas and skill levels.
- User Support & Feedback: Establish mechanisms for ongoing user support, feedback collection, and continuous improvement related to AI tool adoption. Monitor user sentiment and identify areas for further enablement or refinement of AI solutions.
- Resistance Management: Proactively identify and address potential resistance to change, developing strategies to mitigate concerns and encourage a positive mindset towards AI adoption.
- Best Practices & Evangelism: Champion the benefits and potential of AI within the organization.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles for all implemented AI tools.

Additional Requirements
- Tech savvy with an enthusiasm for using technology to improve employee productivity, efficiency and satisfaction.
- Experience with various productivity and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, monday.com and others. Highly preferred to be experienced in introducing AI components in these tools and others to large workforces.
- 3+ years of experience in technology adoption.
- Demonstrable experience in facilitating the adoption of productivity and collaboration tools, preferably with AI components, within an organizational setting.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and understandable language for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus across all levels of an organization.
- Experience in developing and delivering effective training programs and materials.
Education:
Degree in communications, education, technology or similar preferred
