Title: Supply Chain Analyst 
Location: Davidson, NC

Compensation: $ 70,000- $75,000
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or or Authorized to work in US

One day a week remote. 

Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Logistics / Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. This hybrid role focuses on supporting import/export operations, improving supply chain efficiency, and working within SAP or Oracle systems to support day-to-day logistics activities. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver, capable of forming logical, actionable insights from real-world data, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience is helpful, but we value the right mindset and critical thinking above all.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate import/export operations, including documentation and compliance with global trade regulations.
  • Perform supply chain tasks within SAP or Oracle systems (order entry, inventory tracking, shipping updates).
  • Analyze logistics data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Generate reports and dashboards related to inventory levels, shipment tracking, and vendor performance.
  • Support master data integrity, including Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes, supplier info, and product attributes.
  • Work cross-functionally with procurement, planning, operations, and vendor partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency.

 
Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory-related roles.
  • Proficient in using SAP or Oracle ERP systems for business operations (no technical development required).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of import/export documentation and global trade compliance.
  • Experience with reporting or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Supply chain certifications (APICS, CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
