*Role Overview*
- As the Editorial Creative Producer, you will be responsible for organizing, compiling, and managing editorial and content needs. You'll collaborate with art directors, designers, project managers, agencies, freelance writers, creative marketing teams, content strategists, and key stakeholders to ensure visual consistency, quality control, and brand alignment across all articles and pages.
- This role works closely with Creative Leadership and Design Project Managers to manage project files, deliverables, and archiving needs. You'll play a critical role in the production and post-production, coordinating asset flow and supporting our agency partners and internal creative teams.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Lead the planning and delivery of visual assets in partnership with agency teams.
- Perform quality control (QC) and manage the archiving of all creative assets.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to source artwork and visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
- Partner with product and marketing designers to develop graphics and multimedia content.
- Collaborate and align with growth marketing design production team to manage workflows.
- Oversee post-production processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Track and manage creative assets throughout the production lifecycle.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in production and post-production as a producer.
- Proven ability to manage complex production workflows and solve creative challenges.
- Deep understanding of editorial and digital content production timelines and processes.
- Experience working with major digital brands and global visual style guides.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a bridge-building, empathetic mindset.
- Ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and document processes for internal and external partners.
- Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and adapts to diverse working styles.
- Expertise in creative asset management and working with cross-functional design teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- The Producer will handle digital and creative asset management. Experience in digital/creative asset management, familiarity with design/production (not necessarily as a designer), strong organizational and communication skills, ideally with digital media company experience.
- Primary location is the New York office (7 Hudson), with some flexibility for remote work (e.g., Fridays or occasional days), but in-person presence is preferred. Los Angeles may be considered for exceptional candidates but is not a focus.
