Job Duties:
INSPYR Solutions, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is seeking a Lead UX Designer to create and maintain a comprehensive design system that can effectively accommodate the
complexity of components being developed.

Job responsibilities and duties include:
• Convert business requirements into both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, encompassing wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows.
• Lead and conduct usability testing, present findings, and make informed, data-driven design decisions.
• Develop user personas and usage scenarios to guide and inform design choices.
• Define and meticulously document design components to facilitate efficient collaboration.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that the designs align seamlessly with the project's overarching goals.
• Present design concepts and solutions to a diverse audience, ranging from technical experts to non-technical stakeholders.

This position has no direct reports and does not supervise the work of any other employees.

Minimum
Bachelor's degree or higher in Design Management, Design Engineering or any related field of study and 5 Year(s) of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the
required experience was gained.

Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:

• 5 years of professional design experience, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in creating and maintaining Design Systems.
• Design tools like Sketch, along with the ability to create and update design components in design systems.
• Presenting design concepts to business stakeholders.

Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project
