Title: Program Manager
Location: Remote (EST Hours)  
Duration: Contract through OCT 2026 – with possible extensions
Compensation: $60-64/HR
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

The Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives by driving execution, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of program objectives. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex projects with accountability for outcomes.
 

Key Responsibilities

1. Build, maintain, and execute comprehensive project and program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and goals.

2. Manage senior-level stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates, fostering collaboration, and aligning priorities across business and technical teams.

3. Hold project team members accountable to deliverables, milestones, and success criteria through effective work breakdown structures (WBS) and tracking mechanisms.

4. Maintain and monitor decision and risk logs, proactively identifying issues, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely resolution.

5. Escalate challenges and risks to leadership when necessary, ensuring alignment and support to keep programs on track.

6. Oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable business outcomes.

• Proven experience managing large-scale programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and escalation practices.
• Skilled in program planning, WBS development, and performance tracking.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
