Title: Streaming Operations Coordinator 
Compensation: $50.00-$56.00/Hour
Location: Santa Monica, CA *Onsite 4 days per week* 
Duration: 9 month contract with possible extension 
Work Requirement: US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to work in the U.S. 

Overview:
As a Streaming Operations Coordinator, you will be accountable for executing operations-focused tasks related to a high-volume content project. You will engage with internal stakeholders across the business on any number of tasks related to specifications onboarding, tracking delivers, media readiness, etc., as directed by the various leads in Content Partner Management and adjacent organizations.

A qualified candidate will have technical experience with:

• Streaming and/or digital media 
• Strong self-organizing skills 
• Ability to create project status reports
• The agility and responsiveness to effectively escalate issues as they arise and can speak fluently to both technology and business stakeholders
• Fluent in any number of productivity tools such as Office, Google Docs, Airtable, etc. in order to leverage these for collaboration, project execution, and reporting.

Required Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of project or operations experience in the streaming or digital content space, working across internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with, and experience supporting, the various components of streaming media, including audio/video, art, metadata, availability data, xml schemas, etc.
• Familiarity with content management processes and best practices
• Ability to communicate concepts between technology and business partners, and effectively communicate status updates to leadership and partners

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the streaming industry, streaming technology, content rights, content management systems, and other tools, processes and technologies involved in executing a world-class streaming product.
• Previous operations experience in the streaming, broadcast, or digital distribution industry
• Product or Program Management certifications
