Duration: 6-month contract hire

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Designer for our retail electricity client in Houston, TX. Our Production Designers support the creation of internal and external environmental and traditional assets for a variety of marketing and sales stakeholders. These designers can create high-performing assets based on existing templates and design direction, and brand standards that enhance the brand. Design solutions will reflect the client's design ethos and enhance the consumer and employee experience. As a Production Designer, you will focus on turning creative concepts into polished, ready-to-ship assets. This role is fluent in formatting, layout, and ensuring consistency across a broad range of design projects.
 
Responsibilities:

• Working on day-to-day projects that include static ads, animated ads, infographics, digital/print flyers, event and corporate environmental designs, and social posts.
• Applying knowledge of current components and templates while designing for the brand
• Collaborating with your immediate team, the larger creative team, and partner groups to ensure design continuity across all areas of the client brand
• Rapidly execute designs based on requests and needs across our stakeholders
• Support and assist the broader Creative team on other design-related projects as needed
• Execute design revisions, versioning, and localization of existing templates.
• Prep final files for print, digital, and web delivery.
• Collaborate closely with other designers, creative directors, and project managers to deliver pixel-perfect work on deadline.
• Maintain brand guidelines across all design output.

 
Job Qualifications:

• High proficiency in design-related software (Adobe Creative Suite & Figma)
• Design to meet performance objectives defined by stakeholders and marketing, sales, and/or corporate partners.
• Working knowledge of the mechanics of printing and environmental design methods
