Corporate Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team on a 4-month contract basis, with the potential for extension based on the hiring volume in early 2026. This role will support high-volume recruiting efforts for Supply Chain/Procurement and Finance roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Supply Chain roles (e.g., Category Managers, Sourcing Specialists) and Finance roles (e.g., Financial Analysts)

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics

• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal and external partners

• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage

• Support general corporate function hiring as needed

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on corporate recruiting

• Experience recruiting Supply Chain/Procurement and Finance roles is a must

• Agency background is acceptable, but corporate in-house recruiting experience is required

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor's degree required

• Experience in cruise/hospitality industry not required
