Title: Product Designer
Location: Anywhere in the US (Remote)
Duration: 27 weeks
Compensation: $53/hr – $73/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Skillset / Experience:
Product Designer

• Design flows and experiences that are simple, elegant, and user-centric.
• Transform broad, conceptual ideas into valuable, actionable product features.
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with product and executive teams.
• Solicit and provide feedback to continually raise the bar for design quality.
• Partner with Product Managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience from conception to launch.
• Iterate on 1:1 feed units, enhancing preview experiences and ensuring incremental changes fit within the product vision.
• Support retention and growth initiatives by designing features that drive user engagement and app installs.

 
Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Front-end programming experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping applications or software.
• Portfolio featuring examples of interaction design work.
• End-to-end product design experience (hybrid UX and UI).
