Title: Coordinator
Location: Kissimmee, FL 
Duration: 12+ month contract to hire
Compensation: $21-$23/hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S

Job Description:

• Build relationships with key partners to secure inspiring assets for product lines.
• Manage requests for assets to ensure accurate and timely delivery for development.
• Create and manage tracking tools to provide status updates on asset requests and approvals.
• Process product and packaging approvals through online systems, leading collaborative meetings and ensuring timelines are met.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to secure approvals in a timely manner.
• Create product decks for line reviews and presentation materials for executive meetings.
• Provide tactical support for the Product Design teams as needed.
• Monitor competitors and market dynamics within collectible categories.
• Multitask and prioritize multiple product related projects with varying levels of complexity.

Basic Qualification:

• Project Management and prioritization skills to balance multiple tasks/assignments.
• Ability to build and maintain product decks and presentation materials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Strong computer software skills (e.g., MS Office, Keynote, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience and passion for design (e.g., graphic design, industrial design, toy design, print design.)
• Strong graphic and layout skills with an artistic understanding of composition and color.
• Nice to have Illustrator experience
