Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager (Enterprise Gaming)
Location: Orange County, CA (hybrid)
Duration: 8+ months   
Rate: $70-76/hr.

We’re on a quest to find a formative Senior Product Marketing Manager to help shape the future of a large gaming franchise. This role is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy and execution across games, services, and promotions. You’ll be a strategic force within the marketing organization, crafting product positioning, developing go-to-market plans based on player and product insights, and driving cross-functional alignment with a wide swathe of partner teams.
You’ll work closely with product, creative, comms, regional, and commercial teams to define marketing goals, prioritize features, and build compelling plans that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Establish yourself as a trusted product expert with development and other critical partners
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for major gaming initiatives, including tentpole launches, live service beats, and seasonal campaigns
• Define marketing goals, success metrics, and strategic foundations that inform creative and channel execution
• Own product positioning, messaging framework, and audience segmentation strategies, and translate that work into copy and critical marketing surfaces such as web and product sites
• Collaborate with cross-functional and platform partners to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and execution
• Work with marketing leaders across regions to coordinate, develop, measure, and improve global marketing strategies and tactics
• Analyze market trends, player behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
• Guide and mentor Associate PMMs and PMMs, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing
• Represent the game franchise in cross-franchise and company-wide marketing forums

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in gaming or entertainment
• Proven success leading complex marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
• Deep understanding of how to apply audience insights and data to inform product and lifecycle marketing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines

Extra Points

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration
• Direct experience marketing video games
• Prior experience working for an international company or brand
• A strong understanding and passion for the various gaming franchises
