Title: Structured Finance Analyst
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (hybrid 3/2)
Duration: 12 Months+
Pay Rate:  Market Rate

Supports clients asset-backed securitization (ABS) programs and debt financing in a team-orientedenvironment with emphasis on analysis, documentation, and compliance.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist the Treasury team with ABS offerings including;
o Review and interpretation of offering and legal documentsfor new deals.
o Participate in due diligence procedures with external accountants.
• Maintain and/or develop specialized accounting and servicing support for ABS transactions under US accounting standards and related regulations including;
o Asset removal based on established criteria.
o Identify items for research within the ABS system and reporting.
o Monitor pool performance for compliance with investor triggers and regulations.
o Prepare monthly servicing reports, journal entries and supporting documentation.
o Participate in annual servicing audits performed by external accountants.
o Review monthly Asset Level Disclosure (ALD) files for issues/completeness.
• Prepare wire requests and reconciliations for daily and monthlycollections related to public and private ABS transactions andconduit lines.
• Participate in annual due diligence procedures for conduit lines and annual financial audit, performed by external accountants.
• Knowledge of Treasury activities.
• Analyze various general ledger accounts / supporting schedules and reconcile as necessary.
• Participate in special assignments/projects as needed, including the resolution of problems and assistance in the development of new processes and support systems.
