Title: Senior Front End Software Developer
Location: New York City, NY
Duration: Direct-Hire/FTE
Compensation: $85,000-170,000 Annual Salary
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Capital Markets, Front Office Technology team is looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer for their front office suite of application supporting trading, marketing, trade analysis and research.

Role Objectives
• Front-end software development work
• Working to replace and/or integrate legacy systems
• Running daily scrums, JIRA grooming
• Evaluating and proposing technical designs
• Follow Software development lifecycle
• Creating documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments
• Monitoring, collecting, and analyzing of software or system issues

Qualifications and Skills
• At least 5 years of professional experience with React, Typescript, HTML5, CSS/SASS, Node.js, REST/Websocket
• Experience in development of scalable or distributed systems, with high volume transactions
• Understanding of software engineering best practices, coding standards, code reviews, source management, testing, etc
• Domain knowledge in the Fixed Income space
• Good communication skills. Ability to directly interface and support users

Optional
• OpenFin experience
• Angular
• Familiarity with Figma
• Light knowledge of devOps, VMs, cloud, Kubernetes, etc
• Experience with deal and trade flows, trade process, etc. a plus

Education • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, or related discipline
