ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

The client’s Services Technology team is responsible for the technology strategy and delivery of solutions and IT systems that support all lines of business across their services portfolio. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner with strong experience in media and entertainment workflows, low-code/no-code platforms, and stakeholder management. This individual will play a critical role in bridging business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are gathered, systems are optimized, and cross-functional teams are enabled to deliver at maximum capacity.

This role will support a range of production applications — including both custom built applications and applications built in Airtable — and requires the ability to manage complex workflows while engaging directly with stakeholders and end users.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

As a Product Owner, you will:

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation of workflows and processes, working closely with stakeholders across production and post-production.

• Partner with engineering teams, technical leads, and architects to define roadmaps and ensure alignment with broader technology strategy.

• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and technical documentation for new and existing production applications.

• Manage and communicate deployment schedules, rollout plans, and new system features across relevant teams.

• Leverage tools such as Airtable, Retool, and other no-code/low-code solutions to model workflows, demo features, and drive user adoption.

• Track project progress, remove blockers, and ensure deliverables align with timelines and business priorities.

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of Agile practices, including sprint planning, UAT, and training documentation.

• Conduct fit-gap and cost-benefit analysis for in-house and third-party solutions to inform strategic decisions.

• Serve as the bridge between production stakeholders (studio, music services, post-production) and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• 5+ years of Product Owner experience , leading requirements gathering, managing cross-functional teams, and building roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with Airtable or other low-code/no-code platforms (Retool, etc.), with ability to model workflows, demo solutions in meetings, and support user questions.
• Entertainment workflow experience — deep knowledge of production and post-production systems and their unique challenges.
