Title: Part-Time Project Manager – Career Pathing
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ month contract
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to Work in the US

Our client is launching a cross-functional, enterprise-level initiative to define and implement a consistent, scalable career pathing and competency framework across the Technology team. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.

Core Responsibilities
• Drive the end-to-end project plan across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Coordinate with OD, TBP, Tech leaders and other teams as needed to maintain project momentum
• Manage SME committee scheduling, deliverable tracking, and documentation
• Develop and maintain a dynamic project tracker, risk register, and action log
• Support leader communications, meeting facilitation, and synthesis of decisions
• Track and report monthly progress against defined milestones and metrics
• Ensure timely reviews, approvals, and escalation of roadblocks

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of project/program management experience
• Proven success managing enterprise-wide projects with multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong communication and documentation skills (must draft executive updates, plans, and trackers)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Experience coordinating working sessions, facilitating input synthesis, and ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Comfortable operating in a matrixed organization with evolving priorities

Tools & Logistics
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Comfortable managing shared workspaces (e.g., Teams)
• Estimated 20–30 hours/week through December 2025
• Must be available for core working hours (8am to 5pm CST overlap) and project meetings

Preferred Attributes
• Familiar with HR, Talent, OD, or large-scale org design
• Familiarity with career architecture, competencies, or role mapping preferred
• Systems thinking with ability to connect cross-functional dots
