Title: L&D Program Manager
Location: Anywhere in the US (Remote)
Duration: 48 weeks
Compensation: $44/hr – $64/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Skillset / Experience:
L&D Program Manager
– Support the design, launch, and management of learning and development initiatives to support business objectives.
– Use data-driven approaches to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of learning programs with organizational goals.
– Track program metrics, prepare reports, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
– Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
 
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree required.
– Previous experience using data to evaluate learning program effectiveness.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
