ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

The client’s Product team is supporting two functions within CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) initiatives and seeks a Product Manager who can seamlessly wear both the Product and Project hats. This role will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, manage test execution, refine business and technical requirements, and drive projects proactively in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment. The Product Manager will play a key role in enhancing the digital shopping experience and building new marketing capabilities across Apple’s e-commerce platforms.


THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

  • Support CLM projects focused on marketing capabilities, platform publishing, and leveraging machine learning to drive personalization and decision-making.
  • Deliver personalized customer experiences across multiple touchpoints (email, push, web) using Adobe Experience Manager and other marketing technology tools.
  • Navigate high levels of ambiguity while building and scaling capabilities that enable personalized messaging across the e-commerce journey.
  • Lead initiatives such as:
    1. Seasonal Push Campaigns
      • Manage push notification campaigns end-to-end using the marketing tech stack.
      • Oversee project management, requirement refinement, and execution stages.
    2. Backend Data Integration
      • Partner with technical teams to capture and activate new customer data sources.
      • Integrate data into marketing initiatives (e.g., trade-in programs) to enhance personalization and campaign effectiveness.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  1. 5+ years of combined Product and Project Management experience
    • Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle: discovery, scoping, execution, and testing.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence and gain buy-in across diverse teams.
    • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving initiatives independently.
    • Skilled at navigating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and keeping projects on track.
  2. Marketing Technology Experience
    • Hands-on experience with CLM projects, marketing platforms, and personalized UX across multiple channels.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar platforms.
    • Experience building personalized, data-driven customer experiences within an e-commerce ecosystem.
  3. Digital E-Commerce / Online Retail Experience
    • Deep understanding of the online shopping journey and optimizing customer interactions.
    • Experience using data and experimentation to improve conversion and engagement.
