ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

The client is seeking multiple Infrastructure Engineers to support the organization. This team is working on confidential projects focused on building big data internal platforms to power large-scale application environments. The role involves supporting cross-platform infrastructure, automating workflows, and optimizing systems that enable scalable data operations.


THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

As an Infrastructure Engineer , you'll contribute to the design, automation, and maintenance of the internal cloud and system environments. You'll work across Linux, macOS, and Windows systems while leveraging AWS and cloud-native technologies to build efficient, secure, and reliable infrastructure. This is a hands-on role that requires strong scripting, automation, and configuration management experience.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Supporting multi-OS environments (Linux, macOS, Windows) for development and production systems.

  • Automating provisioning, configuration, and deployment workflows using Ansible, Chef, or similar tools .

  • Writing scripts in Bash and Python to support operations, monitoring, and deployment.

  • Managing and scaling AWS EC2 instances and other cloud infrastructure components.

  • Supporting CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation for application delivery.

  • Applying best practices in security, reliability, and infrastructure performance .


KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  1. 5+ years of experience in configuration management for operating systems — macOS, Windows, and Linux, for configuring AMI images.

  2. Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python for automation and system management.

  3. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.).


NICE TO HAVES

  • Experience with infrastructure security and compliance best practices.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.

  • Prior background supporting large-scale enterprise environments
