HR Manager

Position Summary
The HR Manager will serve as the primary human resources leader for our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and supporting the full employee lifecycle. The HR Manager will oversee employee relations, conduct orientations, manage onboarding processes, and partner closely with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts for warehouse roles.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations:
o Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
o Provide guidance to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Onboarding & Orientation:
o Lead new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding for all warehouse employees.
o Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

• Recruitment Partnership:
o Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify staffing needs and support recruiting strategies.
o Assist with interviews, candidate selection, and offer processes as needed.

Compliance & Policy Management:
o Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
o Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR matters.

Culture & Engagement:
o Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
o Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite and build strong relationships with employees and leadership.
