ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

This position supports a Tririga implementation project focused on standing up a SaaS environment in partnership with IBM. The initiative includes populating the environment with test data, defining success criteria, and establishing a framework for business engagement and feedback. The role will also involve evaluating other SaaS providers to determine fit and performance. In addition, the Sr Project Manager will support a second customer with hands-on project oversight—providing structure, running regular cadences, organizing stakeholder meetings, tracking deliverables, and escalating issues as needed to ensure project momentum. Soft skills are very important on this team. Can you drive projects forward, influence internal customers, understand business needs, gather meeting agendas, establish clear next steps and deadlines to ensure the projects stay on track? In this position you will be the liaison between the internal business customers and the technology teams who help problem solve any technical issue to improve the business.

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
• Own the full project lifecycle: from gathering requirements and tracking milestones to managing stakeholders and setting follow-ups
• Establish cadence, ensure accountability, and communicate progress clearly across technical and business teams
• Drive forward project goals with a solution-oriented mindset and strategic coordination

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

1. 8+ years of proven experience in Project and/or Program Management , with a track record of driving initiatives to completion in a very fast paced environment.
2. Business Analytical experience – able to analyze project deliverables and outcomes, then translate how it could affect the business/internal customers
3. Excellent Communication Skills —able to write and speak with clarity, influence stakeholders, and keep teams aligned and focused. Seeking someone with clear and direct answers, longwinded or vague answers will not suffice in this position. Looking for someone very polished with both verbal and written communication.
