- Establish and maintain productive relationships across business, technology, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business strategy, operating model, priorities, and technology objectives.
- Translate client priorities and business objectives into technology strategies, delivery strategies, actionable team objectives, and executable plans.
- Establish executive and operational governance, operating rhythms, status forums, planning sessions, issue reviews, and communication models.
- Ensure expectations, priorities, decisions, dependencies, and changes are clearly communicated across client and delivery stakeholders.

- Build relationships that strengthen client satisfaction, retention, expansion, and the organization's position as a strategic partner.
Strategic Delivery Ownership
- Own the overall delivery strategy and outcomes for highly complex projects, programs, or services.
- Lead multiple teams and workstreams that determine appropriate technical and operational approaches.
- Establish delivery plans, milestones, delivery models, governance structures, organizational designs, operating processes, team structures, and performance measures.
- Determine sequencing and priorities; integrate work across teams, vendors, technologies, and organizational stakeholders.
- Provide strategic direction while enabling technical and functional leaders to exercise appropriate autonomy.
- Make high-impact decisions involving scope, priorities, resources, risk, delivery strategy, and day-to-day execution without routine client approval.
- Monitor progress, deliverables, dependencies, commitments, and business outcomes; remove obstacles and take corrective action when needed.
- Ensure work, decisions, delivery status, and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and communicated.
- Maintain alignment between delivery strategy, contractual commitments, and client business outcomes.
