Job Description
- As a Senior LMS Analyst, you will partner with the Learning & Development team to administer, enhance, and support the organization’s learning management system (LMS). This platform plays a key role in delivering learning and career growth opportunities to Team Members worldwide.
In this role, you will:
- Create, update, and manage learning content within the LMS, including eLearning modules, instructor-led sessions, and structured learning programs.
- Analyze and report on learning activity data, including enrollments and completions, to provide visibility into participation trends and learner engagement.
- Act as an escalation resource for LMS-related technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and closure of support cases.
- Produce clear documentation and user guides to support both end users and administrators in effectively utilizing the LMS.
What are we looking for?
- Success in this position will be demonstrated through a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and strong collaboration with stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications:
- At least two years of hands-on experience working with the Cornerstone Saba learning management system.
- Two or more years of experience using content development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate, including publishing content in SCORM, AICC, or xAPI formats.
- A minimum of two years of experience performing bulk data uploads into an LMS using tools such as Cornerstone Saba’s Rapid Data Import.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Five or more years of experience administering or working within the Cornerstone Saba LMS.
- Five or more years of experience developing and publishing content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate with SCORM/AICC/xAPI standards.
- Experience using ticketing or service management platforms such as ServiceNow to manage and resolve support issues.
- Familiarity with integrating LMS platforms with virtual learning tools such as WebEx or Microsoft Teams.
- Proven ability to design and generate reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of system integrations, particularly with Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms such as Oracle HCM.
