ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Program Manager to drive large-scale technology transformation initiatives and serve as a strategic right-hand partner to senior leadership. This role is focused on leading complex, enterprise-level programs such as cloud transformations, Workday implementations, Oracle deployments, and large-scale engineering initiatives.
This position requires a strong background in client-facing consulting (Big 4 or similar), combined with deep experience managing large engineering programs and bridging the gap between technical delivery and business objectives.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and extension of leadership, helping guide critical transformation and engineering programs while maintaining strong oversight across timelines, risks, and deliverables.
You will be responsible for:
- Serving as the right-hand partner to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and execution
- Leading large-scale engineering and technology transformation programs end-to-end
- Translating business requirements into technical execution plans and ensuring alignment across teams
- Driving alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Managing program governance, timelines, risks, and cross-functional dependencies
- Partnering directly with clients to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and successful outcomes
- Ensuring execution across complex, multi-team engineering environments
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (top 3 must haves)
1. Client-Facing Consulting Background (Big 4 or Similar)
- Proven experience leading client engagements in a external consulting environment, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level)
- Strong track record of driving program outcomes, influencing decisions, and managing executive-level communications
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and deliver value in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
2. Large-Scale Engineering Program Management (6-8 years)
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-team engineering programs (software, platform, or infrastructure) at enterprise scale. (EX: Leading Oracle or Workday transformation or implementation projects)
- Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on technical design, trade-offs, scalability, performance, and reliability (e.g., cloud architecture, microservices, integrations, CI/CD pipelines)
- Hands-on experience driving execution across the full SDLC, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, release management, and production readiness, while proactively managing technical risks, dependencies, and constraints across multiple teams
3. Ability to Translate Between Business & Engineering
- Proven ability to gather, interpret, and refine business requirements into clear technical execution plans
- Experience bridging communication between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect business goals to technical solutions and measurable outcomes
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
- Exposure to Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., Claude), including understanding how to design agents and translate concepts to engineering and stakeholders
- Experience applying AI tools to optimize or transform business processes.
