ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Program Manager / Business Analyst to support large-scale technology transformation initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders and consulting partners. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with strong client-facing consulting experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage program activities end-to-end.

You will play a key role in supporting forward deployment efforts and ensuring successful execution of enterprise programs, including major implementations such as Oracle, Workday, or similar transformation initiatives.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

In this role, you will act as a critical connector between business stakeholders, consulting teams, and technical delivery groups—helping drive programs from planning through execution.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing program lifecycle activities end-to-end, including coordination, tracking, and reporting
• Partnering closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align on objectives
• Supporting forward deployment teams in executing and operationalizing solutions
• Assisting in large-scale programs such as technology transformations and system implementations
• Leading and supporting client demos, presentations, and stakeholder meetings
• Collaborating directly with consulting partners and clients to ensure alignment and delivery success

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (top 3 must haves)

Total years of US Experience: 5 Years

1. Client-Facing Consulting Experience (2–3+ years, Big 4 or similar)

• Proven experience working directly with external clients in a consulting environment
• Strong exposure to stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and delivery support
• Ability to operate confidently in client-facing settings including presentations, demos, and workshops

2. Program Coordination & Lifecycle Management (2–3+ years)

• Hands-on experience supporting programs end-to-end across planning, execution, and delivery
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and reporting
• Experience contributing to large-scale transformation programs or enterprise system implementations

3. Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and program plans
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience facilitating meetings, driving alignment, and supporting decision-making across cross-functional teams

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience in investment banking or a similar financial domain
• Exposure to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools and implementations
• Familiarity with Generative AI / LLMs (e.g., Claude), including understanding how to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
• Experience applying AI tools to improve or automate business processes
