ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Forward Deploy Engineer to serve as a critical bridge between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders, supporting the deployment of enterprise-level technology solutions. This role operates within embedded engineering pods and partners closely with program managers to deliver impactful, client-facing solutions.

This is a highly cross-functional, consulting-oriented position requiring strong experience working directly with clients in complex environments. You will play a key role in translating technical architectures into business value and ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of advanced solutions.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of consulting, architecture, and engineering—working directly with clients to understand their business processes and align them with scalable technical solutions.

You will:

• Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, communicating complex solutions in a clear, compelling way
• Partner with engineering pods to support solution architecture and deployment strategy
• Lead client demos and guide stakeholders through enterprise-level technology capabilities
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure seamless system integration
• Support solution design with a foundation in full stack development (Java, NoSQL)
• Contribute to architecture discussions while maintaining light hands-on coding involvement

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (Top 3 Must-Haves)

1. Client-Facing Consulting Experience (Big 4 or Similar)

• Proven track record working directly with external clients in consulting or advisory roles
• Experience leading discussions, driving solutions, and owning delivery outcomes in client-facing engagements
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language

2. Enterprise Solutioning & Technical Acumen (7–10 Years)

• Deep understanding of large-scale enterprise systems and a rchitecture patterns
• Ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives and stakeholder needs
• Comfortable engaging with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence decisions

3. Full Stack Development & Architecture Foundation

• Hands-on development experience with Java and NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of system design, integrations, and distributed architectures
• Ability to contribute to architectural discussions while remaining technically credible with engineering teams

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with MongoDB
• Exposure to Kubernetes and infrastructure (high priority)
• Prior background as a Java Developer
• Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies
