Title:  Sr AI Engineer – AI Solutions
Duration: Full Time
Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid Onsite 4 days/week
Compensation: $140,000 – $190,000
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Overview
Seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to design and build enterprise AI applications and agentic workflows using modern LLM frameworks. This role is highly hands-on and focused on production AI systems, enterprise integrations, and scalable multi-step AI workflows.
 
Responsibilities
• Build AI agents and workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, ADK, or similar frameworks
• Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines and enterprise AI solutions
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise applications, APIs, and business workflows
• Implement evaluation frameworks for hallucination detection, retrieval quality, latency, and reliability
• Design secure AI systems with strong understanding of permissions, RBAC, and governance
• Partner with platform teams to deploy scalable AI solutions in Azure and GCP environments
 
Must-Haves
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with recent hands-on AI/LLM engineering work
• Strong Python development skills
• Deep experience with LangGraph, LangChain, ADK, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
• Experience building production AI systems and agentic workflows
• Strong understanding of:

• RAG pipelines
• embeddings
• vector search
• hybrid retrieval
• AI evaluation frameworks

 
Nice to Have
• Azure OpenAI or Vertex AI experience
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments
• Golang or TypeScript exposure
