Accounting Manager

Base Salary: $125,000 – $150,000

About the Opportunity
The Accounting Manager will play a key role in building and scaling the accounting function for two new manufacturing facilities in Georgetown and Taylor, TX. This is a high-impact position focused on system implementation, IFRS to GAAP transition, and establishing processes in a fast-growing, startup-like manufacturing environment backed by a public parent company.

Base Salary: $125K – $150K

Key Responsibilities

• Lead setup and optimization of accounting systems (SAP environment)
• Manage IFRS to GAAP conversion and ensure U.S. compliance
• Oversee month-end close process, including first U.S. close
• Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packages
• Perform variance analysis and financial analysis
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Partner with leadership to scale accounting operations alongside plant growth
• Support process improvements and system enhancements

 
Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA required
• 10+ years of accounting experience
• 2–3+ years of leadership/management experience
• Strong experience with financial reporting and month-end close
• ERP system experience required (SAP preferred)
• Mandarin fluency required
