Compensation: $250,000-$350,000

The enterprise includes multiple business lines spanning global food storage and logistics infrastructure, health initiatives, industrial manufacturing, fertilizer production, and farming and ranching operations.
The company partners with governments, ministries, ambassadors, and U.S. federal stakeholders to modernize agricultural value chains, reduce harvest loss, and implement national-scale infrastructure systems. Work spans international markets such as Guyana and Egypt, as well as ongoing engagement in Washington, DC and across the United States, including active projects in Kentucky. The organization is in a significant growth phase.
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to serve as the senior execution leader across all divisions, translating strategic vision into disciplined operational performance.
This executive will oversee multi-country and domestic operations, manage high-level government relationships, enforce accountability across partners and contracts, and ensure coordinated execution during a period of rapid expansion.
The role requires political sophistication, executive presence, and the confidence to operate comfortably with presidents, ministers, ambassadors, officials, and senior U.S. government leaders, while partnering closely with the CEO on strategy development and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Operations

Enterprise Operations
- Oversee operations across all business divisions.
- Implement company-wide KPIs, reporting structures, and accountability systems.
- Align division heads and executive leadership around strategic priorities.
- Bring structure and execution rigor during a high-growth period.
Government & Diplomatic Engagement (U.S. and International)
- Represent the organization in meetings with heads of state, ministers, ambassadors, and U.S. federal stakeholders (including work in Washington, DC).
- Navigate complex political and bureaucratic environments.
- Support negotiation and oversight of sovereign and government contracts.
- Engage confidently in high-level, politically sensitive discussions.
Contract & Partner Oversight
- Oversee major domestic and international government agreements.
- Track deliverables, enforce milestones, and hold partners accountable.
- Manage compliance and procurement processes across jurisdictions.
Strategy Implementation
- Partner closely with the CEO to operationalize strategic initiatives and support ongoing strategy development.
- Manage executive processes and ensure cross-division coordination.
- Ensure alignment between mission, contracts, and execution.
Project & Budget Oversight
- Oversee a growing portfolio of domestic and international projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain discipline around budgets, ensuring projects stay on track financially while identifying opportunities for improved efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of senior executive leadership experience.
- Background in infrastructure, agriculture, industrial systems, logistics, or large-scale project execution.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in complex environments.
- Experience managing high-value contracts and budgets.
- Experience overseeing teams and large-scale operations with strong execution outcomes.
- Comfortable with travel and multi-country oversight.
