Overview
Client is seeking a seasoned data specialist to support a short-term engagement (6–8 weeks) focused on data cleanup and validation within their Salesforce ecosystem. This environment supports sales, contract management, and digital product workflows, with a strong reliance on accurate healthcare data tied to integrated delivery networks (IDNs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform large-scale data cleanup and normalization within Salesforce
  • Validate and enrich healthcare data, ensuring accuracy and usability across the platform
  • Analyze and align data related to health systems, hospitals, and surgical centers
  • Work with business stakeholders to ensure data supports digital platform and sales use cases
  • Independently research and verify organizational structures within healthcare systems

Required Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience with data management (data quality, deduplication, validation)
  • Deep understanding of Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and how they operate in real-world healthcare environments
  • Ability to independently research and map health system structures (e.g., physician groups, hospitals, affiliations)
  • Experience working with definitive healthcare data sources/feeds (or similar datasets)
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data integrity

Domain Knowledge (Highly Preferred)

  • Familiarity with major health systems such as Mayo Clinic and Henry Ford Health
  • Understanding of provider hierarchies, including major physician groups and specialists
  • Exposure to neuromodulation or related medical device/therapy areas
  • Knowledge of hospital and ambulatory surgery center ecosystems

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of navigating ambiguous data environments
  • Comfortable working without heavy direction ("not needing to be hand-held”)
  • Able to quickly assess data gaps and implement cleanup strategies aligned to business needs
