Description:

We are looking for an experienced recruiter on contract basis to support a high-volume hiring initiative. This role is 100% on-site in Boca Raton, Florida, and requires a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can efficiently manage a large pipeline of entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume recruitment efforts focused on entry-level Merchandiser roles (150+ openings).
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates daily to maintain a strong and active pipeline.
• Conduct phone screenings and quickly assess candidate fit, availability, and interest.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, priorities, and timelines.
• Submit qualified candidates in a timely manner and drive process momentum.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication to ensure a positive experience.
• Track and manage activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support offer coordination and onboarding as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate activity.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and high-volume demands.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or entry-level hiring environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and high candidate volume.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workable or similar).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to hit daily activity goals.
