Title: Help Desk Support Specialist
Location: Sabine Pass, TX (on site)

Rate: $40-45/hour

Duration: Ongoing Contract

Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (now or in the future)

Position Summary

Provide first-level IT support to end users via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, network, and voice/data communication issues while delivering excellent customer service. Escalate complex issues as needed and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, applications, printers, and networks
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Create and maintain clear, accurate service tickets and technical documentation
• Follow up on support requests and ensure timely issue resolution
• Escalate unresolved or advanced technical issues when appropriate

Qualifications

• Experience in a help desk or technical support role
• Experience using ticketing systems and documenting support activities
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, desktop/laptop hardware, software applications, printers, and basic networking
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
