INSPYR Solutions Ranks #4 for Best Companies to Work For in Florida

July 25, 2014 — TekPartners, now INSPYR Solutions, was named one of Florida’s Best Companies To Work For.

The annual Best Companies list appears in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine. One-hundred companies are ranked in small, medium and large employer categories.

“Our Best Companies To Work For coverage always seeks to offer lessons for companies that aspire to create a Best-Company workplace,” says Mark Howard, executive editor. “This year we feature a profile of Premier Eye Care CEO Lorna Taylor and interviews with human resource professionals at several of the Best Companies. We asked the HR professionals for their perspectives on what makes their company a great place to work. We also asked them about their challenges and their specific roles in creating a great workplace.”

The Best Companies To Work For In Florida program was created by Florida Trend and Best Companies Group and is endorsed by the HR Florida State Council.

To participate, companies or government entities had to employ at least 15 workers in Florida and have been in operation at least one year. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the registration, survey and analysis and determined the final rankings.
