Description:

• The Operations Manager will focus on operations of the department and the PM team which includes managing incoming requests and client communications, facilitating leadership briefs, and maintaining PMO systems and platforms, and executing projects. The position will report to the Manager of Production Management.
• Manage request log  which includes trafficking approvals and declines, team assigments, and leadership approvals on scope of projects. Communicate with requesters on scope follow up questions and/or declines.
• Assist the Manager of Production Management in the management and coordination of core processes and documentation related to daily operations and quarterly reporting procedures
• Manage and distribute leadership briefs and reporting for  PMO system in Smartsheet on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Manage client relations and help remove blockers for both clients and internal team members
• Take on and/or support corporate projects, assisting with enhancement and enforcement of process and tooling.

Basic Qualifications:

•  2-4 years of experience in people management, communications, project management, events, administrative support, or relevant fields
• Well-versed in project management products including Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Marketing/Creative Agency experience preferred.
• Well-versed in project management systems such as Smartsheet preferred.
