Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy and Operations Manager to support the development and execution of key operational processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, process development, and working with both technical and business teams to drive operational excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for scorecard development, gathering requirements, managing projects, and operationalizing new processes and tools to improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scorecards to track key performance indicators and success metrics.
• Gather business and technical requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver process improvements and new tools.
• Drive the operationalization of new concepts and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish and communicate expectations through clear tracking systems and project management frameworks.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in strategy and operations, with a focus on project management and process development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong skills in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Adept at gathering requirements, defining processes, and operationalizing new concepts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
