Compensation: $140,000-$160,000

Operations Lead
We are seeking an Operations Lead to support large-scale construction and commissioning projects in a fast-paced onsite environment. This role will focus on coordinating turnover readiness activities, managing project documentation and trackers, and supporting successful operational handoff throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting construction, commissioning, or operational readiness activities and be comfortable working with multiple teams in a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Turnover & Readiness Coordination
Support turnover and operational readiness activities onsite.
Coordinate with construction, commissioning, vendor, and operations teams.
Participate in project meetings, site walks, and readiness reviews.
Identify and help mitigate turnover and operational risks.
Support early turn-up and phased turnover activities.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project trackers, logs, and readiness documentation.
Track turnover milestones, risks, and schedule updates.
Generate daily and weekly readiness status reports.
Ensure turnover documentation is organized and completed on time.
Equipment & Asset Tracking
Manage asset tracking logs and equipment documentation.
Maintain warranty records, training materials, and submittal logs.
Track critical spare parts and equipment inventories.
Turnover & Closeout
Prepare turnover and closeout documentation packages.
Support final handoff and operational readiness activities.
Qualifications
Strong coordination, organization, and communication skills.
Experience supporting construction, commissioning, turnover, or operational readiness activities.
Ability to manage detailed documentation and project trackers.
Comfortable working onsite full-time in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with FR Checklists or similar readiness processes.
Experience supporting large-scale industrial, infrastructure, technology, or mission-critical projects.
