Title: Program Manager – Global Partnerships Team

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: $50-$70/hr

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

The Global Partnerships team manages relationships with top and emerging partners across creators, public figures, media, and entertainment. The team drives product priorities and partner success across our platforms. We are looking for a Program Manager to collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers in the Music space, assisting with data analysis, partner program management, and handling partner inquiries.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis: Work with Partner Solutions and Strategic Partner Managers to regularly analyze partner account performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for product adoption.
  • Support Tracking: Monitor partner performance, goal tracking, market trends, and forecasting to pinpoint potential challenges or opportunities for the team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams across Operations, Programs, and Partnerships.
  • Bottleneck Management: Anticipate challenges, balance business objectives with operational constraints, and facilitate resolution among internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Navigate the fast-paced and ambiguous nature of a start-up environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, or project management.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem.
  • Experience working directly with entertainment partners.
  • Industry experience in tech, social media, digital, or entertainment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize work streams and communicate these priorities effectively.
  • Strong operational skills to enhance team efficiency.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Experience with public presentations to diverse audiences.
