Delivery Manager (Technical Recruiter) – Entry Level 
We are looking for an upbeat and motived Delivery Manager to support our Strategic Accounts Recruiting team, driving business forward by matching top talent to opportunities. Your role will include developing creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract to hire, and direct hire employment with some of the largest technology companies in the world.
The individual hired for this Delivery Manager (Recruiter) role, will initially be trained as a Technical Recruiter. After proven success as a Recruiter, this individual will be eligible for promotion into our Strategic Account Manager openings (client facing sales).

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, sales, fundraising, customer service, or other roles involving relationship-building and outreach is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and clients.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Professional, competitive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
  • Motivated by career growth, achievement, and earning potential.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to attend client meetings as needed to gain a deeper understanding of hiring needs and recruiting requirements.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop within the recruiting industry.

What to expect in this role:

  • Partner with Account Managers to qualify technical requirements with hiring managers and lead the team in relevant search strings.
  • Continuous effort towards building out your leads list out.
  • Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified IT professionals interested in contract, contract to hire, and direct hire employment.
  • Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements.
  • Present job opportunities to qualified candidates, preparing resumes for presentation to clients, and coaching candidates through the client interview process.
  • Develop, build, and maintain relationships with candidates and consultants, including obtaining leads and referrals.
  • Make proactive calls to build relationships and grow the internal database of cleared candidates.
  • Demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
