Title: Sr AI Engineer – AI Platform
Duration: Full Time
Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid Onsite 4 days/week
Compensation: $140,000 – $190,000
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer focused on cloud infrastructure to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI platforms across Azure and GCP. This role is responsible for enabling secure, scalable, and production-ready AI environments, with a strong focus on Terraform, IAM, and DevSecOps pipelines.
 
What You’ll Do
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure for AI/ML platforms across Azure and GCP
• Build and manage Terraform modules and IaC pipelines for scalable platform provisioning
• Architect and enforce IAM, RBAC, and zero-trust security models across environments
• Develop and maintain DevSecOps pipelines (CI/CD, policy enforcement, security scanning)
• Deploy and configure AI platform services (Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, Databricks integrations)
• Partner with AI Solutions and Platform teams to enable production AI workloads
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, observability, and cost optimization
 
Must-Have Qualifications
• 8+ years of cloud / infrastructure engineering experience
• Strong Terraform expertise (module development, pipelines, governance)
• Deep experience with Azure and/or GCP cloud infrastructure
• Strong understanding of IAM, RBAC, and enterprise security models
• Experience building CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines
 
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting AI/ML workloads in production
• Databricks or data platform exposure
• Kubernetes (AKS/GKE) experience
