Title: Analyst – HR Enablement & Service Delivery 

Location: Remote, work from home 

Duration: Six month contract with a strong potential for extension  

Compensation: $30 to $35 hourly 

Work Authorization: Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship (Either now or in the future)

Managers Notes: 

Ideal candidate will be bilingual in both English & Spanish 

Role Summary

  • The Analyst, HR Enablement & Service Delivery – Americas supports the stability, accuracy, and adoption of HR systems across the Americas region. This role partners with HR Operations and HR Technology teams to resolve system issues, support testing and releases, improve data quality, and enable effective use of HR technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for HR systems, including Core HR, Recruiting, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional system issues and inquiries
  • Perform data quality audits and coordinate corrections to improve system accuracy
  • Support system releases and deployments through SIT, UAT, and regression testing
  • Document test results and assist with release readiness activities
  • Create and maintain job aids and training materials
  • Deliver virtual and/or in person training to HR users
  • Manage case intake, tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communications
  • Analyze recurring issues and trends; recommend process or system improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish & English (Portuguese preferred, not required)
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate or professional environment
  • 1+ year of experience in HR operations, HR transactions, or customer facing roles
  • 1+ year of experience using global HCM systems (Oracle HCM Cloud preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ticketing tools
  • Experience supporting system testing and technology deployments
  • Experience delivering user training or system enablement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle concepts
