Title: Program Manager, Performance Marketing
Location: Remote EST or CST
Duration: Quarterly Extensions
Compensation: $70-$90/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support the Family of Apps Performance Marketing team – the team that creates lower-funnel demand capture assets for both integrated campaigns, and always-on digital advertising. Strong literacy in how to translate data and testing to improve creative outputs is ideal.
Responsibilities
Create strong partnerships with Growth marketers, Brand marketers, Internal creative teams and external agencies. With a connection point to Product Marketing Managers, Integrated Marketers, and Global marketers.
In partnership with Growth, Brand marketing, Performance Media, and Creative, to drive the development and optimization of best in class performance creative assets for integrated campaigns and evergreen digital advertising.
Must be capable of being the lead point of contact for our external agency partner, as well as cross-functional internal stakeholder management.
Define and manage the creative development process from partnering with cross functional teams to build the brief, strategic development with external agency, creative development with external agency, and final production and delivery. Ensuring all key partners delivers on their feedback at each round.
Collaborate with Program Leads to determine how creative projects within the remit of this role fit within a wider business portfolio through the lens of objectives, impact, risks and resources.
Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and viable solutions across multiple teams and projects.
Work autonomously and lead each project within the program for seamless start to delivery. Bringing the right stakeholders in at the right times, planning for milestones, and problem solving on the go.
Capable of optimizing systems, tools, and standards that improve creative production and development within the organization.
Coordinate the wider team to ensure successful communication and delivery of various performance marketing launches, at times, simultaneously.
Manage workflow for inbound and outbound projects, manage program/production budgets and approvals, requirements for strategic sourcing and procurement, and the development of high-quality assets, often with tight deadlines.
Maintain brand integrity across all project deliverables, working closely within Design, Legal and Product guidance.
Mobilize the team towards forward progress, action, and results by anticipating needs and removing obstacles.
Implement AI tooling solutions in everyday operations to drive further efficiencies for the team.
Minimum qualifications
8+ years client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house, in a demonstrably equivalent role.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration, organizational design and systems planning.
Creative operations experience in setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and negotiation.
Experience in creative planning and development, production, editorial, finishing and delivery/trafficking.
Experience across major creative channels and large-scale integrated creative campaigns. This may include but not be limited to: live action, programmatic digital delivery, social, influencer, CRM, web/Ecommerce media integration and/or animation workstreams.
Preferred qualifications
9+ years client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house, in a demonstrably equivalent role.
Experience with additional creative channels. This may include but not be limited to: large scale integrated campaigns, print, out of home and/or experiential workstreams.
Experience working with a large, global tech company.
Experience working as a cross-functional manager within a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment.
