Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in supply chain and logistics. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing order allocations, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and execute weekly order allocations and follow up on daily order status.
• Track order progress and update reports and systems to keep data current and accurate.
• Provide regular updates and visibility to stakeholders (Customers, Sales, Supply Chain Management) on estimated delivery dates and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of open quantities, pricing, SKUs, and order conditions for all active orders until fulfillment.
• Review and compare daily Robotic Process Automation (RPA) reports to validate data accuracy.
• Link IMEIs to orders and provide customer information as requested.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems are assets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
