Title: Procurement Specialist
Location: Remote (PST Hours) 
Duration: Initial 6 Month Contract with Extensions
Compensation: $60-68/HR
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders  

Intake Procurement Specialist:

– 7+ years, Experience in procurement intake/orchestration platforms.
– Technical Skills: Ability to configure Zip intake forms/workflows, workflow automation, API integrations, and familiarity with P2P system.
– Hands-on experience with Zip (procurement/intake platform) implementation.
– Understanding of procurement transformation and the procurement lifecycle.
– Strong stakeholder management, communication, and ability to work in fast-paced startup environments.
– Establish governance frameworks, ensuring process consistency and audit readiness.
– Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Support change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
– Experience working closely with Legal, Privacy, Security and audit teams.
