Position: Major Gifts Campaign Manager
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid schedule, downtown location)

Compensation: $30-36/hour

The Major Gifts Campaign Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and scaling fundraising and donor engagement strategy across multiple states and service lines. This role oversees all philanthropic revenue streams — major gifts, annual giving, corporate partnerships, foundation grants, events, and campaigns — and ensures the organization has a sustainable, diversified funding base to advance its mission.
The Major Gifts Campaign Manager brings a strategic, data driven, relationship centered approach to fundraising. They support a high performing team, strengthen donor pipelines, elevate the organization’s brand, and partner with executive leadership to support transformational initiatives.
