Duration: 12 months +
Compensation: $80-95/hr

ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Connectivity Engineer for the Beaver Dam, Wisconsin Data Center site. This role will support the physical infrastructure of global data centers, ensuring seamless connectivity for the delivery of innovative services. The Connectivity Engineer will manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to production turnover, ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
- Strong mechanical and electrical QA knowledge
- People focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well with XFN partners.
- QA/QC commissioning skills
- Experience with CSLA disciplines
- Some experience with vendor management.
- Experience on design-build side of projects
Good to have skills:
- ACC Autodesk
- Self driven – able to make decisions without additional support
- Work independently, high performance
Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects:
- This role focuses on developing, monitoring, and improving quality assurance and control programs for data center construction projects. It requires strong cross-functional coordination, technical expertise across multiple disciplines, and hands-on experience with QA/QC processes, documentation, and tools. The candidate should be adept at training, auditing, issue resolution, and leading quality initiatives in complex, mission-critical environments
Typical Day in the Role:
- Commissioning meetings, going to the job cite, inspections, wrap up, meetings, working with stakeholders to work through risk mitigations
How will performance be measured:
- Making sure that priorities are met based on deliverables
