AI Red Team Test Analyst – Level 2 – Singapore Market Expertise (US-Based)

Overview

We are seeking US-based AI Red Teaming Specialists with deep familiarity and cultural understanding of Singaporean communication styles, regional nuances, and multilingual user behavior to support evaluation and adversarial testing efforts for generative AI systems.

This role focuses on identifying vulnerabilities, harmful outputs, localization gaps, policy weaknesses, and culturally sensitive edge cases within AI models operating across Singapore-specific contexts, including Singaporean English dialects and Simplified Chinese.

Candidates will help evaluate how AI systems perform in realistic multilingual and multicultural scenarios by developing prompts, testing edge cases, analyzing outputs, and documenting findings.

Responsibilities

  • Perform adversarial testing and evaluation of AI/LLM systems across Singapore-focused use cases
  • Develop prompts and testing scenarios designed to evaluate:
    • safety
    • hallucinations
    • bias
    • harmful outputs
    • jailbreak susceptibility
    • policy adherence
  • Validate AI responses for:
    • cultural appropriateness
    • localization quality
    • linguistic accuracy
    • tone and contextual understanding
  • Identify vulnerabilities related to:
    • misinformation
    • unsafe recommendations
    • policy evasion
    • culturally sensitive content
  • Execute structured testing workflows and document findings clearly
  • Collaborate with QA teams, linguists, operations leads, and program management
  • Support regression testing following model updates or remediation efforts
  • Escalate critical issues and trends identified during testing

Language & Cultural Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate:

  • strong familiarity with Singaporean English communication styles, slang, and colloquialisms
  • understanding of Singaporean cultural norms and regional sensitivities
  • proficiency in Simplified Chinese
  • ability to recognize multilingual communication patterns common within Singapore

Ideal candidates may have:

  • lived experience in Singapore
  • professional experience supporting Singapore-based customers or markets
  • multilingual household or educational background
  • localization or linguistic QA experience involving Singapore audiences

    • linguistic evaluation

  • Familiarity with generative AI systems and large language models
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate nuanced cultural and contextual risks
  • Experience working within confidential or policy-driven environments preferred

Technical Exposure (Preferred but Not Required)
