About the Opportunity

Looking for someone with strong communication skills and basic Excel knowledge to assist with a rental equipment project. This role will focus on updating customer contact information in the CRM system and calling customers to confirm rental equipment information is accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Updating customer/contact information in CRM
• Calling customers to verify rental equipment on site
• Researching correct contacts when information is outdated
• Data entry and system updates
• Assisting with rental business support projects

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of data entry and customer service 

• Ideal candidate:
  Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
  Strong attention to detail
  Basic Excel skills
  Reliable and professional
  Able to work independently and accurately

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
