Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst to support a large-scale WFM system implementation. This role is focused on requirements gathering, solution design validation, and testing, and operates independently from the SI/vendor.
This is not a PM role and not a configuration role.

Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)
1. Labor Scheduling & Forecasting (Core)

  • Direct experience with labor demand forecasting
  • Understanding of how forecasting translates into:
    • Labor hours
    • tore-level schedules
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling optimization

2. Requirements Ownership

  • Proven experience owning requirements documentation, including:
    • BRDs / functional requirements
    • Process flows / workflows
    • Use cases and acceptance criteria
  • Ability to define business needs before system design begins

3. Testing Strategy & Execution

  • Experience creating test cases tied to requirements
  • Ownership of:
    • UAT design
    • Regression testing approach
    • Test coverage and validation
  • Not just coordinating testing — designing it

4. WFM Implementation Experience

  • Desired 2+ WFM implementations
  • Direct involvement in:
    • Requirements phase
    • Testing phase
    • Solution validation

5. Proactive SME Mindset

  • Ability to:
    • Identify risks early (especially around scheduling/forecasting)
    • Challenge vendor/SI assumptions
    • Bring forward lessons learned from prior implementations

Nice-to-Have

  • Retail or multi-site store environment experience
  • Exposure to task management within WFM systems
  • Experience with platforms such as:
    • UKG / Kronos
    • Reflexis
    • Legion
    • Dayforce

  • Strong alignment between requirements and testing
  • Early identification of risks and gaps
  • Confident participation in vendor discussions
  • Ability to operate independently and drive clarity
