Title: Technical Product Analyst- ServiceNow
Location: Remote
Duration: Initial 6 months contract plus extensions
Work Requirements: USC, GC or Authorized to work in US

Job Description:

• ServiceNow Platform Knowledge including:
• Strong Proficiency in CMDB Tables, and relationships amongst various CI’s
• Data ingestion and Data integration skills
• ServiceNow CSDM knowledge/experience including:
• Deep understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) with a particular emphasis on Business Applications, Service Instances, Technology Management Services/Offerings, Business Capabilities and ability to establish relationships amongst various CI’s
• Ensure IT data is structured according to CSDM

Nice to have:

• Managing CMDB Data within ServiceNow
• Data Governance and Data Quality knowledge/experience including:
• Managing CI lifecycles, Change Management. Enforcement of policies for CI lifecycle management, including creation, updates, and retirement.
• Establishing health dashboards
• Identifying stale or orphaned data
• Prior experience with Governance and Compliance activities by working with CI owners and auditors
