• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field 8+ years of Internal Audit, Audit Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, or related experience.
• Experience performing or supporting Internal Audit Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs), QAIPs, peer reviews, or regulatory assessments; demonstrated knowledge of IIA Global Internal Audit Standards and internal audit methodology; strong analytical, critical thinking, and report-writing skills; evaluating audit workpapers, testing, issue management, and audit reporting; ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines; strong verbal and written communication skills with executive-level stakeholders.
