Title: Program Manager III
We are looking for a Program Manager III to support an AI Data Acquisition team. This role will focus on project tracking, reporting, partner onboarding, NDA management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple workstreams, and experienced working with sensitive information, external partners, and fast-paced technology or research environments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Create, maintain, and optimize project trackers to monitor deliverables, milestones, blockers, and action items.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates, drive follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Generate regular reports and maintain clear project documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support onboarding of external partners, researchers, and collaborators.
- Track required documentation, including NDAs, compliance forms, and partner-related materials.
- Manage NDA status, renewals, and follow-ups to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Proactively engage with internal and external partners to resolve blockers and escalate issues when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with project tracking, reporting, documentation, and coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, dashboards, or project management tools.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional workstreams.
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information.
- Experience tracking compliance-related documentation and operational processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a technology, AI, data, or research environment.
- Experience supporting external partners, vendors, researchers, or collaborators.
- Familiarity with AI, AI tooling, data acquisition, data sourcing, or training data operations.
- Experience with partner onboarding and partnership management.
- Previous experience in Big Tech or similarly complex technology organizations.
